Black and white, sketchbook drawing (doodle) currently in progress. (More calligraphy than drawing.)

"Whirlwind 26”, an original drawing. Micron pens on archival paper. Size: 4” x 6”. Title, signature, and date in the back of the drawing. This drawing is the 26th in a series of drawings posted over a period of 100 days. The original post date on this drawing was September 26, 2020.

I started this last night during my ArtShare on my Discord.  At first, he looked like a generic wolf character, but then I got silly and decided to redraw him as a tiger, which added like 3 hours, since I'd never drawn a realistic tiger head.  I also didn't use a reference for the snake, so I understand if it's not quite right.  I will upload a version with dark shadows soon. I began drawing this in response to watching the title sequence to an 80's cartoon, "The Get Along Gang."  Do with that information what you will :D.

Decided to attempt at working with shadows on a small self-portrait

"Whirlwind 19”, an original drawing. Micron pens on archival paper. Size: 4” x 6”. Title, signature, and date in the back of the drawing. This drawing is the 19th in a series of drawings posted over a period of 100 days. The original post date on this drawing was September 19, 2020.

Fast sketch.
